Eligibility Criteria

To join the Merchant Navy through GP Rating or STCW Courses, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Age: 17.5 to 25 years
  • Educational Qualification:

10th, 12th, Diploma, ITI, Graduates can apply

10th Pass with minimum 40% marks

  • Medical Requirements:

Vision must be 6/6 (no color blindness)

No serious medical issues as per DG Shipping rules

  • Physical Fitness:

Minimum height: 157 cm
